Japanese -プロファイルグラインドは半導体リードフレームなど高精度を要求されるツーリング製作に欠かせません。現在、ワイダとオカモトブランドの２セットを設置。オカモト製はNCタイプセミオートModel OCG 2 (20x 50x)、ワイダ製はCNCフルオートPGX3000です。
In order to manufacture semiconductor lead frame, we need to punch lead frames by mission-critical high precision tools. Die punch must be very precise and has special shape. We have 2 sets of Profile Grinders imported from Japan to cater for this specific needs from the industries. Here is the photo for your reference.
